Where Kelly started.
NIXI Body started life in 2019 when Mum Kelly was sick of little bladder leaks pausing her play on the hockey field. After dealing with incontinence brought on by childbirth and then early menopause, Kelly had tried every pad and knicker on the market and hated the way they looked and felt.
She wanted absorbent knickers that would look great under gym leggings and make her look and feel amazing - without worrying about leaks.

Working with me
We started by establishing what needed to function in these performance underwear styles and reviewed fabrics and ideas that Kelly had gathered during her research phase. I still remember our first consultation where she wondered whether she was mad to start this, and 7 years later she has a super successful company with co-founder Coni.
We worked together to:

Develop an initial design for a style which would be functional, comfortable, have no VPL and above all look and feel stylish.

Create high-spec tech packs that manufacturers understood

Address technical questions around construction, fabrics and next steps
